Abstract

Sumber informasi terdapat pada perpustakaan. perpustakaan serta pustakawan turut serta meningkatkan pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia lewat edukasi. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengobservasi apakah ada korelasi antara penelitian berstandar internasional tentang pustakawan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia serta pergeseran tren topik tentang kedua hal tersebut selama pandemi. Studi ini menggunakan metode bibliometrik untuk mengumpulkan data sekunder pada website Scopus. Total terdapat 91 paper dari tahun 2013-2021. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan software Vosviewer. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa topik berdasarkan kata kunci yang dibuat oleh indeks mempunyai korelasi, dimana kontrol kualitas serta pendidikan merupakan dasar dari pengembangan sumber daya manusia.
